- Happy that there is higher attendance virtually
- October:
- Tomorrow (10/20) - school board meeting bronze PBIS and golden school
- Faculty & Staff, Students & Families working hard; School is going well both face to face and virtually
- Flagler Parent’s Academy - K&1 on October 22nd
- Wed (10/22) - Unity Day - Staff, Students & Faculty encouraged to wear Orange
- Friday (10/23)- Career day - dress like the career that you are interested in & professionals speaking virtually
- 23rd is the end of Q1
- 27th starts Red Ribbon Week and the first day of tutoring (look for letters coming home)

- Would we like to put together goodie bags for students for Halloween?
- Donations needed for Oct 30th
- We have a few small things to have in bags for all students
- Ask families and public for donations

- D. Green making flyer to send out
- Mr. Fuller offered to check with community businesses for donations
- Mr. Hamlin stated that there are some things from the holiday shop that could be donated
- Discussed when to stuff bags and who would be able to

- Dr. Crawford suggested that students get creative and make things that we can distribute to the community such as posters both printed and digitally
- Mrs. Keeling suggested a food drive or coat drive
- Mr. Sosa suggested making flyers and cards for veterans from kids
- Mrs. Neuman suggested a food drive for community Thanksgiving baskets
- Open Floor for Discussion/Ideas
- Mr. Sosa asked if parents can help with volunteering from home. Dr. Crawford is going to check with District and let us know ASAP
- Mrs. Keeling said that she would like it if there was some kind of monthly support for teachers like drinks in a refrigerator or ice creams
- Mr. Fuller asked about an ice cream truck and asked how many teachers we would need to get an estimate for (125)
- Mr. Hamlin asked that we start thinking about the holiday shop. It is something that will take extra preparation and a subcommittee.
- Discussed what the holiday shop was like last year and hope to still have it as well as pictures with Santa
- Suggested a list of items that students could buy made into a flyer so that others can pick them out and deliver them
- Mrs. Neuman suggested that 6th graders volunteer to help with shopping, wrapping, and delivering to others
